As a television news producer for ITN he was responsible for planning and covering the stories setting the global agenda – from the financial crisis on Wall Street in 2008 to general elections, Olympic Games and World Cups.

An experienced editor, writer, and event host, since 2013 he has headed up the content team for Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) Worldwide, including its multi-award-winning, quarterly magazine Foodservice Consultant and website.
