A captivating journey through London’s premier business spaces
The client
Workspace is London’s leading provider of flexible space for London’s brightest businesses. It owns and operates more than 70 commercial properties giving its customers the freedom and flexibility to innovate, collaborate and grow.
The client required a stunning and versatile showpiece film to demonstrate the factors that set Workspace apart from its competitors: a vibrant and diverse customer base, iconic London locations, historic buildings, a progressive ESG strategy and a unique service offering. All summed up by a key message: It all happens at Workspace.
The project
It was clear this wasn’t a standard video commission. We required a hero film to wow customers, prospects, media and investors. An immersive visual delight that would give the viewer a tantalising sense of the irresistible buzz inherent in and around the Workplace sites.
Our proposed solution was to literally fly in and through the Workspace property portfolio. By partnering with a BAFTA-winning ‘flow-motion’ specialist, we devised and storyboarded a colourful and high-octane production with a coherent and persuasive narrative at its heart. The film would exude drama and style, but it also needed to convey an overarching corporate strategy. In this way we could take the viewer on a breathtaking journey across London, leaving them under no illusion that it does indeed all happen at Workspace.
